Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. He began his career with the roles in TV shows, such as in Opposite Sex in 2000. He gained recognition for his role as the Human Torch, the Marvel Comics character in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans also appeared in the film versions of comics and graphic novel TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). His portrayal of Captain America/Steve Rogers was in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame in 2019 earned him even more recognition. He was able to become one of the top-paid actors in the world because of his work for the Marvel series.
